First Football Tournament, Mamelasoa FC

Mamelasoa FC is a football team composed by students at Mamelasoa High School participated in an inter-school football tournament from the 28th of February till the 1st of March 2024, and won the trophy!

This was the first time for the team to participate in such a tournament. However, they have proven that Mamelasoa High School perhaps educates the next national or even international football players. We are so thrilled about this victory! It took hard work, perseverance with all the inconvenience along the way but it all paid off in the end.

The team's activities are lead by one of the teachers at Mamelasoa High School, Mr Tafita Miangaly Razafiharinirina, an enthusiastic young man from Ambatofotsy Gara.

The tournament was organized by the ZAP Tsararivotra to celebrate the "Journée des écoles 2024" (School days 2024). These news can be followed on facebook via the group Commune Rurale Tsiafahy.

In closing, we would like to show our gratitude to the ZAP Tsararivotra and to the municipality Commune Rurale Tsiafahy for this opportunity for the youths.
